The early start of summer and the farmers crops are starting to develop. I’m fortunate enough to live in a small village surrounded by farmland, and it’s easy to get a full understanding of the importance of the seasons as the whole landscape changes colour and shape through any typical year.
This photograph was taken on a still evening looking south towards Ufford, the tractor tracks in the crops lead the eye into the scene and give a good sense of perspective too.
